To give you a brief walkthrough: the first link is to a GGslive video
between Alex and Vidiato Wijaya. As noted, the cheat happens between
35:00 and 36:00, although watching the whole video will give you a
greater appreciation for the depth of the cheat. Note in particular
the shift in his mannerisms, the way he displays his graveyard over
the course of the match, and the setup behind his decision to buy back
the second Kira, given the game state and the implications of having a
Kira in play without an opposing Jace.
The second link was sent to me by a Twitter follower of mine, Matthew
Pratser. It speaks for itself, really.
The pair of coverage links lay out proof that Alex sideboarded in
Sower of Temptations to beat an otherwise-unbeatable Platinum Angel in
a game one situation against Andy Hanson.
The dialogue that follows those links is a Facebook conversation I had
with [redacted], as he recounts two instances
of him observing Alex cheating. Based on others' accounts, his
retelling is understated -- others allege that he stepped in to stop
one or both of the anecdotes he recalls. At the time of my
conversation with him, he expected me to post these stories in a far
more public venue. I have since realized the fruitlessness of such an
endeavor, and I sincerely hope that the DCI will do its part to
maintain the order and sanctity of this game we all love.
The last three stories are all matter of DCI record -- they can be
found wherever warnings and game losses are found. Given this history
of presideboarding and illegally drawing cards, it is far more
believable that Alex's actions in these three circumstances (all very
recent) are not coincidentally illegal, but intentionally so. I wish
you the best of luck in your investigation, and I hope that this will
prove useful to you in your endeavors to clean up the game.

Story One:
I walk up to AlexB during one of his matches
I look down at his hand and see an Emeria Angel
He taps four lands and casts Emeria Angel
his opponent says 'You don't have double white, you can't cast that'
Alex says "I guess there was a reason that I didn't cast it all game then..."
I don't believe any judge is called for that one
Story Two
During another grinder
I walk up to AlexB during the middle of his match
As I approach, he passes the turn
his opponent untaps, draws, and casts a Duress
Alex lays out his hand
His opponent notes that he has 8 cards in hand
Alex tries to explain the situation by saying something to the effect
of "I guess I forgot to discard, I got an extra hawk or I drew a card
off Jace...."
A judge is called
and the judge tries to work through what happened
the Judge makes it clear that Alex didn't draw extra cards, he just
forgot to discard a card
I leave and do not know the end/penalty of the Judge call
Ben Friedman/SCG Cincinnati -- Draw 8 in opener, get Duressed, resolve
Duress, attempt to pick up 7, get called on it ---> forced to shuffle
a card back, warning
Matthew Beverly/PTQ @ GP Pittsburgh -- Ponder on the draw turn 2, draw
up to 8, pass turn with 8th card square behind 7th. Get asked how many
cards, say "seven", Matthew pushes cards apart, calls for judge, ruled
a game loss.
Darwin Kastle/TCGPlayer $75K Chicago -- Knew Darwin was on Mono-Red,
sideboarded up to 3 Timely Reinforcements when his decklist showed a
2/2 split, got deckchecked, put all 75 cards in facing the same way
with no divider; got caught, told judges that it must have been their
mistake because he put all the cards in the same way, got a game loss.
