If the creature is destroyed while Searing Blaze is still on the stack, it will resolve and do 1 (or 3) damage to the player that you targeted when you cast it.
Not sure what you mean by your second question. Searing Blaze targets a player and a creature that player controls, so unless you just feel like burning yourself, you can't target your own creatures.

Pardon les gens mais yen a qui ont reussi a installer theros, car j'ai recuperé le patch, il m'ajoute bien les cartes enfin en théorie mais quand je nomme une des cartes spécifiques du pack, il trouve rien

Pardon, est ce que certains d'entre vous arrive à tester avec True-name nemesis? Personnellement faire comprendre à ses adversaires le principe de protection contre tout ca semble difficile.
